Appetizer Barij Syrup (Appetite Increaser)

Appetizer Barij Syrup (Appetite Increaser)

Discouridus (the first-century pharmacologists of 1th. century AD) used Pomegranate juice and Mint to treat indigestion. Avicenna (in the 11th century AD) showed that this syrup can also increase appetite.

Pomegranate is the best source of Ellagic acid, due to polyphenols, tannins, anthocyanins, and flavonoids. Recent studies have shown that Ellagic acid has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and plays a role in the elimination of toxins. Pomegranate juice is also rich in vitamins A, B, C, E, calcium, iron, and ... which increases appetite.

Also, Evidence has shown that volatile compounds present in the Mint are stomach tonic, and therefore have a synergistic effect with pomegranate.

Recent studies have shown that this syrup is effective in regulating the metabolic cycle and meeting the physiological needs of the body due to its minerals and vitamins.
